Lollipops with Candy Melts

Simple ways of making lollipops using candy melt, icing sheets, transfer sheets and sprinkles. 

Icing sheets are a thin layer of white icing pressed onto a plastic backing paper to allow feeding through a printer. The backing sheet is peeled off before applying the icing onto the lollipop.

Transfer sheets are acetate sheets with designs that get activated with the heat of the chocolate or sugar.  It's like a "tattoo" for candy :)

PYO Cookies

PYO are a fun way of decorating cookies.  The paint palette is an edible sheet printed with edible colors.  To activate the colors simple add some water on the desired color and gently tap on it with your brush.  Remember to clean your brush in between colors.  Paint light colors first and then darker colors around it or vice versa.  Add some accents with a darker colors.
